In the case of this year's winner, the period was even longer, as the Evergreen goes to the same client for the second time after 2013 and highly deservedly so:

  • Svenja Tschannen and Sébastien Ross with "Kein Müller" for the University of Applied Sciences Graubünden

The Grand Prix, which was reintroduced after many years on the premise that "it can be awarded, but it doesn't have to", failed to find a winner.

Jury Chairman Thomas Wildberger explains the decision as follows: "The Grand Prix is awarded for a work that is maximally brilliant. Since several works fulfilled this criterion and were on a par with each other at the highest level, we decided not to award a Grand Prix, because actually they all deserved one.

Jury chairman Thomas Wildberger sums up: "2021 was a surprisingly strong year with many great works. Particularly noteworthy is the Film category, which won three gold and three silver medals. After a number of weak years, this category has once again clearly improved in quality and has brought to light a moving image expertise that can also be seen in an international comparison. It's also worth noting that in the Campaigns category, one of the most difficult of all, a gold cube was finally awarded again, and that too for a large, visible client. I am delighted with the overall result and even more so that our industry never gives up hope and still firmly believes that you are more successful with creative communication.

The creators would like to express their gratitude to the partners of ADC Switzerland: first and foremost Accenture as the main sponsor, as well as APG|SGA, Blick, Die Post, SRF, Swisscom, UBS, Handelszeitung, APGS, Swissfilm Association and many others, without whom the ADC Awards and Creative Days 2022 would not have been possible.
