MySwitzerland.com is "Master of Swiss Web 2020
On Thursday, the "Best of Swiss Web Awards" were presented for the 20th time. In this anniversary year, the title of "Master of Swiss Web 2020" went to Switzerland Tourism's MySwitzerland.com project. The special prize "Best of .swiss" was won by Swissmilk.
MySwitzerland.com wins the title of "Master of Swiss Web 2020" and is thus the deserved overall winner of the anniversary edition of the Best of Swiss Web Award Night. The project, commissioned by Switzerland Tourism, was implemented by Hinderling Volkart part of Dept and Unic.
MySwitzerland.com not only convinced many of the approximately 100 expert judges, but also the readers of Netzticker and the audience at the award night. In addition to the title "Master of Swiss Web 2020", the project also won gold in the categories "Creation", "Technology" and "Usability" and silver in the categories "Innovation" and "Marketing".
82 awards in eleven categories
Of the 375 projects submitted, 94 made it onto the shortlist. The jury of around 100 experts selected 12 gold, 29 silver and 41 bronze winners.
The 375 project entries for the award showed how broadly positioned the Swiss digital industry is. There is hardly a sector of the economy that is not represented. And it's not just the big names that dominate. The many small projects show the innovative power of the web industry.
Swissmilk.swiss wins the special "Best of .swiss" award
The special award "Best of .swiss" celebrated its premiere in this edition of Best of Swiss Web. The first buoy in federal red went to the Swiss Milk Producers SMP for the web presence swissmilk.swiss. The project, called "New Recipes for the Digital", was implemented by Hinderling Volkart part of Dept.
In the special category "Best of .swiss", the projects are judged on the basis of their craftsmanship, but also on whether they implement in their visual design and impression the characteristics of innovation, quality and reliability that are considered typically Swiss.
