"Amigos - Social Shopping Platform" is Master of Swiss Apps
The app "Amigos - Social Shopping Platform" wins the "Master of Swiss Apps 2018" award. Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund commissioned the app, Dreipol implemented it.
The app not only convinced the jury, but also the readers of the Net tickers and the 285 guests at Wednesday evening's awards ceremony. She also convinced the audience. In total, there were eleven master nominees. The awards ceremony was held for the sixth time at the Aura on Zurich's Paradeplatz on November 7, 2018. Awards were presented in nine categories. Eight Swiss apps took gold.
The jury of Best of Swiss Apps 2018 reviewed 164 category submissions in the categories Mixed, Augmented & Virtual Reality, Business Impact, Campaigns, Design, Enterprise, Functionality, Games, Innovation and User Experience & Usability. 38 app projects made it to the shortlist. There were 19 bronze, 19 silver and nine gold winners. Gold was awarded in two categories for Amigos and in one category each for Fooby, PlasmiX, (Re)format Z:, Urban Connect, VIAC, UZH now and Weltformat.
The silver and bronze winners can also be happy about their award. They, too, have faced the tough competition and can say that they are among the best Swiss app makers.
