Nomination for Department of Noise at the International Sound Awards 2018

The Sound Identity, which was developed by Department of Noise for Bank Cler, is nominated in the category "Audio Branding" at the International Sound Awards. The competition takes place every September during the Reeperbahnfestival in Hamburg.

The International Sound Awards are presented each year by the Audio Branding Academy and judged by an international jury. The awards recognize outstanding, intelligent, innovative and useful sound concepts and solutions worldwide.

As part of the re-branding of the former Bank Coop, Department of Noise developed the auditory identity of the new Bank Cler in collaboration with the branding agency Scholtysik & Partner. The audio assets that were implemented in the process have since been in daily use on all auditorily relevant channels.

Florian Goetze, Creative Director at Department of Noise: "With their comprehensive involvement, the people responsible at Bank Cler themselves made a significant contribution to the successful audio branding. This was true for the process itself as well as for the implementation of the assets. Through the production of the audio guidelines film, which describes both the translation of the brand into sound as well as all sound assets and their possible uses, the bank made participation in the ISA's 2018 possible in the first place. We are very excited about the nomination!"
