Wirz and TBWA on the shortlist for the New York Festivals International Advertising Awards
The New York Festivals International Advertising Awards will be presented on May 17. With Wirz and TBWA, two Swiss agencies can hope to win an award - several times over.
With the SBB Christmas trainwhich brought single people together on a special train for Christmas, TBWA made it onto the shortlist in two categories. Wirz has also entered two campaigns in the race - also in two categories each. The Christmas campaign about Migros gnome Finn is in the final in two film categories. The international award season for Migros' touching Christmas story has thus been launched and the chances of winning prizes are certainly not bad. This also applies to the other campaigns that Wirz is entering into the race: The sleep concert for Ikea also has the potential to win over the juries of this world.
The shortlist was determined by the award's Grand Jury through online voting. It consists of over 400 CDs, ECDs and CCOs from 57 countries. The finalists will now be presented to the Executive Jury, which will determine the award winners. The New York Festivals International Advertising Awards have been part of Werbewoche's creative ranking for two years. (hae)
