SVIK Golden Feather for Mobiliar Strategy Communication
Meta Design and Mobiliar have jointly designed and implemented the change communication project Strategiemap. On the online platform, employees can playfully engage with the digital transformation. The SVIK Swiss Association for Internal and Integrated Communication awarded the project with the Golden Feather.
"We were highly impressed by the overall package of measures. The strategy communication orchestrates different content, channels and learning forms in a remarkable way. Approaches such as virtual reality and gamification find their way in as well as more classic forms. The playful elements motivate people to engage with the corporate strategy and are evidence of courage and self-confidence," is how the jury summed up its decision.
Karin Baltisberger, Head of Corporate Communications at Mobiliar: "Strategy communication is a complete success: Today, no one at Mobiliar asks why we do something. Instead, we discuss how we can do it best. Together with Meta Design, we were able to effectively anchor the strategic topics in the company and at the same time massively develop internal communication."
Meta Design was responsible for the rebranding of the Mobiliar brand in 2016 and has since accompanied the company as a partner in brand, marketing and communication issues.
