IAB now accepting nominations

On February 1, 2018, IAB Switzerland will present the Digital Marketing Award for the eighth time. Awards will be presented for outstanding achievements in the categories "Digital Marketer of the Year", "Digital Agency of the Year" and "Digital Newcomer of the Year".

IAB presents the Digital Marketing Award as part of the digital marketing event D:Pulse. The awards honor companies, agencies and services that have excelled in the Swiss digital advertising market over the past year. Nominations for the two categories "Digital Marketer of the Year" and "Digital Agency of the Year" can be submitted until January 12, 2018.

The "Digital Marketer of the Year" category is awarded in cooperation with the Swiss Association of Advertisers (SWA). The award goes to a company in which digital marketing has enjoyed a very high strategic status for several years. The prize for "Digital Agency of the Year" is awarded jointly with Leading Swiss Agencies. The prize is to be awarded to an agency whose projects are at the cutting edge of technology, business and advertising.

The "Digital Newcomer of the Year" is awarded to the IAB Academy graduate who has passed the final exam of the basic course with the best result.

After the nominated companies and agencies have been announced, a commission selects the winners. This consists of the IAB Board of Directors, the IAB Customer Specialist Group, the IAB Agency Specialist Group, the SWA Board of Directors, the SWA Digital Committee and Media Group, and the LSA Communications Group.
