Eleven silver medals for Swiss agencies at ADC of Europe 2017
A rich haul for Swiss creatives at the ADC*E Awards 2017: Jung von Matt/Limmat, Ruf Lanz, FCB Zurich, Studio Geissbühler, Freundliche Grüsse, and Havas rejoice over silver. In addition, there are nine nominations.
On Saturday, November 11, 2017, the veirte "European Creativity Festival" was concluded with the announcement of this year's Grand Prix: BBDO Germany secures the top award with its social media campaign "Check it before it's removed". The captivating breast cancer prevention campaign for the NPO Pink Ribbon caused a worldwide sensation.
The ADC*E Awards were presented for the 26th time. 60 leading creatives from 23 countries acted as jury to evaluate 802 campaigns from 23 countries. A total of 30 gold and 63 silver awards were presented. Of the silver awards, a remarkable eleven went to Swiss agencies. With Meyer & Dinger and the cross-media campaign "The Wild Werner," which has already won several awards for young talent, the creative newcomers in the "Student of the year" category also provided a sense of achievement.
In addition to the eleven silver awards and the student silver, Switzerland also received nine nominations at this year's "Champions League of Creativity". (hae)
