Five times gold and an evergreen at the ADC Awards 2017
The ADC Awards 2017 were presented in Oerlikon on Saturday. FCB Zurich, Iart, Publicis, Ruf Lanz, Shining Pictures and Leo Burnett can rejoice over gold.
When the leading creative minds of the Swiss communications industry meet, the focus is on the very highest quality. This year's Creative Week at the Zurich University of the Arts once again provided the ideal setting for this, during which not only first-class speakers such as Jessica Walsh and Paul Snowden revealed their secrets of success, but also the top-class jury of ADC Switzerland came together to judge the best advertising of the year.
Under the direction of ADC Switzerland President Frank Bodin, 27 jurors - including film director Michael Steiner and comedian Dominic Deville - reviewed a total of 655 works. Very few made it to the top, namely only the best of the best - and in a wide variety of categories. "The judging was fair. There were no casualties. There were heated discussions and arguments in search of the good and the best," says jury chairman Frank Bodin.

Two new categories: "PR" and "Students
For the first time, the ADC Awards judged the PR category, i.e. works that were conceived and realized with the aim of generating a positive response in the media or involving the same. The two best works each received a silver medal: "Love Life 2016" by Rod Kommunikation and "Search racism. Find truth" by FCB Zurich.
The Zurich University of the Arts also produces the highest quality. No less than two students were selected by ADC Switzerland as "Student of the Year" excellent:
