Networked collaboration along the value chain, sustainable solutions and innovative technologies: These topics are the focus of the Swiss logistics and packaging event with the individual trade shows Logistics & Distribution, Empack, Packaging Innovations and Label & Print.

This means that from April 26 to 27, 2017, Zurich will once again be the central contact point for new ideas and concrete solutions relating to packaging, technology, printing, finishing and logistics. More than two thirds of the booth spaces have already been allocated.

New in the 2017 program are the special shows "E-Mobility Innovations" and "Art of Packaging Design" as well as the special area "Supply Game" with gamification tools for the value chain.

Trade visitors to Logistics & Distribution, Empack, Packaging Innovations and Label & Print are primarily looking for innovations that will enable them to package their products more effectively, more flexibly, more attractively, more securely and more sustainably, and to organize transport and storage in the best possible way," says Marcus Hapig, Exhibition Manager for the Swiss logistics and packaging trade fairs at Easyfairs.

"In addition, the trade fair quartet is an information exchange for trends in all areas of the logistics and packaging world," Hapig continues. In logistics, questions of automation and electromobility, globalization and digitalization are currently playing a major role. Cost-efficient packaging, innovative design, contemporary printing techniques and targeted marketing measures are the focus in the packaging sector.

In packaging printing - a focus of the Label & Print trade show - networked collaboration continues to gain importance in order to respond even better to trends such as sustainability and premiumization. These are precisely the topics that the Swiss logistics and packaging event in Zurich brings together.
