The Conscious Influence Hub Association appoints Anja Lapčević as Executive Director

The Conscious Influence Hub aims to build a responsible community of digital influencers and harness the positive power of social media to help shape a socially sustainable digital future.

The Board of Conscious Influence Hub is pleased to announce that the association is opening an office. Anja Lapčević, co-founder of the Conscious Influence Hub and previously a board member, has taken over the management of this office as of April 1. At the same time, she has stepped down from the management of the influencer agency Kingfluencers, but will continue to work there as a consultant and influencer expert.

"When I was promoted to co-CEO of Kingfluencers, it was clear to me that I not only wanted to make a difference in influencer marketing, but also to help shape it more consciously. That's why I founded the Conscious Influence Hub together with Barbara Fry Henchoz before 2021. As Managing Director, I can focus my commitment on building up the association and, together with the Board of Directors, Advisory Board, partners and, above all, a committed digital influencer community, make a contribution to the responsible use of digital influence - in the influencer ecosystem, but also beyond it in the social media landscape of Switzerland," says Anja Lapčević.

"With Anja, we have found the ideal person. Thanks to her experience from her time as co-agency manager at Kingfluencers, she has an excellent network and profound knowledge of influencer marketing. In addition, her commitment to a responsible approach to digital influence sets her apart," says Barbara Fry Henchoz, Co-Founder and Board President of the Conscious Influence Hub.

The Hub promotes responsible behavior on social media

In 2023, the Conscious Influence Hub will focus on building up the office and a committed digital influencer community, and will continue to work on projects to promote a conscious and respectful approach to digital media. The Code of Conduct developed by the association with ten guidelines for responsible behavior on social media forms the basis for this.

The Conscious Influence Hub invites all players in the influencer marketing ecosystem to take an active role in shaping responsible behavior on social media. Agencies, companies, and not-for-profits that work with digital influencer:ers can support the work as partners and take advantage of consultations and training offered by the Conscious Influence Hub. The first partner agencies Collabment, Farner, Kingfluencers and Webstages have already joined.

Formal membership is designed for influencers: for a modest membership fee and after passing a quiz on the Code of Conduct, they can become part of an engaged community and participate for free in workshops, webinars and regulars' tables, book individual consultations, and also continue to work on the Code of Conduct.
