dreifive becomes social media lead agency of Baloise

As part of a pitch, dreifive prevailed in Baloise's tender. Now the digital agency is taking over the various social media channels and overseeing the strategic development of the platforms, channel-specific editorial planning, content production and the push of content in the channels.

As part of the collaboration, the visual brand identity and the lead design will be adapted and further developed in line with the social-first approach in order to address the various target groups even more specifically. The content will also be prepared on a channel-specific basis in order to generate a uniform image and communicate with customers on an even more personal level.

Updates, facts, tips and activation

In addition to regular authentic updates, the goals of the social media activities are to communicate facts, provide insurance tips, and ensure the activation of the various target groups. With the help of the measures, Baloise is to become closer, more personal and more tangible and publish authentic content. The content is broadly diversified. Furthermore, content clusters have been formed in this regard and there is a "real time" content marketing approach for fast and exciting communication, whereby current events and trends can be addressed immediately.

Benjamin Kuckartz, Lead Social Media Manager at Baloise, says: "For us, social media is not one-way communication with superficial content. We want to use meaningful content to sensitize our communities and users to the topic of insurance and finance and encourage them to interact. With the help of dreifive, we were able to significantly increase our engagement rate, among other things, and thus score sustainable points with our social media users in Switzerland."

Marleen Albert, Head of Social Media at dreifive, adds, "With the new strategic approach, relevant topics can be published to the channel in a way that is appropriate for the channel and takes the channel to a new level."
