Marty-Trezzini with new image film for Marti Bauunternehmung

In a new image film about Marti Zurich's collaboration with Walt Galmarini, Marty-Trezzini shows the two companies as pioneers in model-based construction.

A new image film, implemented by Marty-Trezzini, shows the new innovative construction method "Building Information Modeling (BIM)" in action. In the process, the entire construction is planned and implemented via a detailed prepared digital 3D model, a "digital twin". Printed paper plans are no longer to be found on the construction site. Instead, everyone works with a tablet on which the model can be updated in real time down to the smallest detail in the construction plan.

The film was shot on the construction site of the new Kantonspital Aarau (KSA). With a length of 128m and a width of 46m, the new building is the largest hospital building in Switzerland. As master builder, Marti, Bauunternehmung is responsible for the entire construction period of four years and uses the new technology BIM.
