Roland Bischofberger new in the Harbourclub board of directors

The Harbour Club has elected Roland Bischofberger, Head of Communications at Siemens Switzerland, as a new member of the board.

At their general meeting on March 16, Harbourclub members unanimously elected Roland Bischofberger as a new member of the Harbourclub board. The club brings together active chief communication officers from companies and organizations in Switzerland. Bischofberger takes the place of Larissa Alghisi, Chief Communications Officer, Julius Baer Group, who had been a member of the board since 2017 and remains a member of the club. Roland Bischofberger has headed Siemens' corporate communications in Switzerland since October 2019. Prior to that, he led communications for telecom provider UPC in Switzerland and Austria for nine years. His responsibilities at Siemens include internal and external communications, marketing, corporate events and corporate responsibility. Before joining UPC and cablecom, he worked in Group Communications and Investor Relations at OC Oerlikon. Prior to that, he worked for Siemens Switzerland and in the Investor Relations department at Siemens Group headquarters in Munich. Roland Bischofberger holds a degree from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences as well as several executive education courses at the IMD Business School in Lausanne.
