Farner for the EPO: Setting the world of work in motion

The forms and models of work are also currently changing in the federal administration. Farner has developed two animated films to communicate the broad range of topics related to the "world of work in motion" internally.

Realized by Mookx in 3D animation, the stylized characters depict everyday working life in the federal administration in the past and in the modern working world. In addition, background reports and stories were prepared to briefly and succinctly explain the numerous measures and projects to make the working world more flexible and modern. The aim of the internal communication is, among other things, to offer inspiration on how to make the most of the new opportunities in one's own team and avoid any problems that may arise during implementation.

The Federal Personnel Office is responsible for the personnel policy of the Federal Administration and thus also for its further development as a modern and attractive employer. Following the launch of the Content Hub in the summer, further measures will follow in the next few months to actively promote internal discussion of the new world of work.
