ZVV Annual Report under the Sign of Digitization

The ZVV annual report designed by Hej puts the #generationzvv and their needs for public transport in the spotlight.

ZVV

The ZVV connects generations. The #generationzvv includes everyone who uses public transport in the canton of Zurich. Whether young or old, what they all have in common is the desire for a reliable, safe and flexibly plannable travel experience. Together with photographer Fabian Hugo, Hej has put six of these needs in the spotlight for the 2019 annual report.

Digital public travel

The ZVV wants to show that it is fit for the digital age. The use of ZVV online services has developed rapidly since the launch of the online timetable over twenty years ago. Last year, 83 million connections were looked up online, over 80 percent of them via the ZVV app. Nearly 40 percent of tickets in the interconnected area were purchased online in 2019, which corresponds to over 21 million tickets.

The subjects of the text/image section in the middle of the printed report can be separated out. The digital illustration is done as before integrated in the ZVV website.
