Keim Identity communicates new account models for Südwestbank

The financial industry is in a state of upheaval. Digitization, new payment methods and increasingly diverse customer needs call for new solutions. Keim Identity helped shape the communication and marketing of Südwestbank's new individualized account models.


Südwestbank has adapted its new account models to the current competitive and market situation. Customers can choose the account model that best suits them and their needs from four different checking accounts. They decide for themselves which services they want to use and pay for.

The new account models were communicated in a bundled multi-channel campaign and successfully launched. Target group-specific flyers, communication on the website, and online calculators guided customers to the appropriate account model.

Südwestbank is a medium-sized private bank with the business region of Baden-Württemberg. Founded more than 90 years ago in Stuttgart, today around 650 employees at 28 locations serve about 100,000 private and corporate customers. Keim Identity from Zurich has been Südwestbank's lead agency for almost ten years.
