Branders: New Customer Experience for the Alois Lageder Winery

The South Tyrolean family winery Alois Lageder strengthens its pioneering role as an instance of biodynamic viticulture as part of a generational change and the associated future orientation. Branders developed the new appearance.

This includes a focus on the product portfolio, the core values and the brand story, as well as emotionalization in the holistic brand experience - from the website and sales portal to the image brochure.

The winery has been producing high-quality wines from South Tyrol since 1823. At the core of the brand is the trust in nature and the holistic understanding of nature and the landscape. The brand experience cultivates the landscape as a habitat. The imagery emphasizes the closeness to nature and animals. They are the main characters in all their diversity and strength and symbolize trust in nature and closeness to nature. Shots from a distance as well as of the smallest details express the brand's attitude and understanding of quality: the big picture and the interplay of the smallest details are inextricably linked.

Whether digital or physical - the Alois Lageder brand experience can be experienced holistically. In doing so, the website uses Aloislageder.eu also the function as a platform for sales partners. Marisa Güntlisberger, the responsible project manager, explains: "The integration as a sales platform creates synergies in every respect. Sales partners can easily access relevant documents via login. And at the same moment, the brand shapes the experience on the so important sales channel." Using a customized CMS, the website can be continuously expanded and adapted with additional modules. The image brochure also combines an additional function: it provides emotional insights into the world of Alois Lageder and the wine range, while at the same time it can be used efficiently as a presentation tool.

The collaboration between Alois Lager and Branders, which has already been ongoing for two years, ranges from the creation of the brand and product strategy, the development of the design fundamentals, the conception and implementation of the digital brand experience to support for the advertising presence and the marketing and communication roadmaps.
