From Egli, Fischer Co. to EFCO: Facing implements brand identity

Facing developed the brand identity for EFCO after the name change. The positioning was done by the agency Markenbureau Bern.

EFCO is a specialist in fastening technology for conversions and renovations and a leading Swiss manufacturer of innovative fastening products - since 1924. EFCO invests in personal customer contact, customer training and strategic partnerships to develop innovative products and services that offer customers real added value.

After the name change from Egli Fischer & Co. AG to EFCO and the aim of driving growth in a stagnating market as well as consolidating the position as a specialist for fastening technology for conversions and renovations, a redesign of the branding is to be developed. This development is to lead to a strong umbrella brand as well as to strengthen the aspect of Swiss origin.

In the interdisciplinary collaboration between the Markenbureau Bern and Facing, the foundations for positioning in the market (audit, brand positioning, naming and architecture, etc.) were carried out under the leadership of the Markenbureau, while the development of the brand identity (corporate design, principles, key applications, brand booklet, etc.) was carried out by Facing.
