Aroma makes the Olma bloom
For the guest appearance of the Canton of Zurich at Olma, Arom has designed the special show "Familie Zürchers Garten" (Zurich Family Garden), where guests can experience a great deal of interactivity.
Zurich is letting it sprout at this year's Olma. In the special show, visitors can take a daring plunge into the foliage pool,
Plant strawberries, taste specialties in the marketplace and take a leisurely walk in the woods.
The guest appearance is dedicated to Switzerland's most populous canton. Statistical information is embedded in the garden area by turning tree trunks into bar charts and flower beds into pie charts. Researchers from the fields of agriculture, food and home economics also make an appearance and provide insights into their projects.
