The KKL Luzern turns 25 and celebrates
On Saturday, the concert hall celebrates its 25th anniversary with concerts, talks and tours. There is also a newly designed audio tour that will remain after the anniversary.
Exactly 25 years ago, the world-famous concert hall of the KKL Luzern was opened - this will be celebrated on Saturday. To mark the occasion, a program will be held, some of which are free of charge, to reflect the versatility of the Culture and Convention Center Lucerne. More than 20 acts from numerous genres will perform on the various stages in the KKL Luzern and on Europaplatz. Numerous public tours and talks, including one with star architect Jean Nouvel, provide background information on the building, the construction project and process.
In addition to themed tours, guests have the opportunity to explore the house independently on a newly designed audio tour. This will also continue after the anniversary.
