Messerli Group acquires a stake in Hofstetter Zelt + Event
By acquiring a stake in the supplier of tents, grandstands & co., the Messerli Group is further expanding its radius in the direction of Central and Western Switzerland.
With retroactive effect from January 1, 2023, the Messerli Group, a provider of emotional marketing, live communication and brand experience, is taking a stake in the Bernese company Hofstetter Zelt + Event, based in Richigen near Worb BE. The holding company is thus expanding its radius further in the direction of Central Switzerland and Western Switzerland. With Marc Hofstetter, Managing Director and member of the Executive Board of Hofstetter Zelt + Event, a member of the founding family now heads the company.
Hofstetter Zelt + Event was founded in 1989 as a family business. Since then, the company has constantly expanded its know-how on tents, grandstands, stages, event structures and tarpaulins and is now one of the leading Swiss companies in the industry. It also specializes in temporary solutions for commerce, construction and industry.
