Eulachhallen officially inaugurate the modernized Hall 1
On Thursday, the Eulachhallen in Winterthur officially inaugurated its modernized Event Hall 1. The invited guests could convince themselves on site of the modern event hall with comprehensive event technology.
For almost 50 years, Hall 1 has served for events and sports use. With the modernization, the hall had now advanced to a visually attractive event hall with modern event technology for events of all kinds. The construction work was already completed in August 2020 (Werbewoche.ch reported). Due to restrictions on the event industry, the new hall could only be officially inaugurated this year.
"Our modernized Hall 1 is the perfect space for events and emotions," said a delighted Urs Hofer, Chairman of the Board of Directors, on the evening of the opening. The invited event planners, customers, partners and media representatives experienced the ambience and the comprehensive event technology of the new hall at first hand during the opening ceremony.
Slam poet and cabaret artist Lisa Christ led through the program with humor and depth. The band "Johnny flies to Chicago" and the Winterthur Conservatory provided musical entertainment.
In her address, Managing Director Barbara Aeppli also thanked the partner companies of the Eulachhallen in particular. "For every event - whether large or small - reliable and competent partners are needed". The circle of partners also includes Neuerdings Eventdesign, Blumen Müller, Celebrationpoint and the event technician Estec Vision.
With the modernization of Hall 1, the Eulachhallen is now the largest event location in Winterthur, according to its own information. Corporate events, congresses, exhibitions as well as concerts, shows and sporting events can be held on a total area of over 5,200 square meters. Hall 1 has a multifunctional infrastructure with modern event technology. Due to the changeable room layout, the event halls never seem too big or too small.
