"Dex Live 2021": 200 digital marketing professionals on site and 160 participating via streaming

The organizers of the "Dex Live 2021" conference are pleased with a "complete success": More than 200 digital marketing professionals took part on site, at Zurich's Kosmos cinema. 160 people followed the hybrid event via streaming.

Participants were already looking forward to the event when they checked in: finally attending another live event, listening to exciting presentations in the magnificent ambience of Kosmos, and networking while enjoying an aperitif.

The speakers' presentations provided insights into current digital marketing topics: For example, the launch of the electric car brand Polestar, the sustainable beer brand USZIT and the innovative Gocamping portal despite the pandemic. Or the Cookieless future, illuminated from the different perspectives of Google and the IAB. An overview of the European online advertising market by the IAB Europe Chief Economist and the Covid19-related strategy change of the online delicatessen provider Luma rounded off the conference program.

The organizer, IAB Switzerland Association, is delighted with the great response to the event: "Given the pandemic situation, we would not have expected this conference to be so well received. It shows that the digital marketing industry currently has to deal with many trend-setting topics. Added to this is the steady growth of the online advertising market and the increasing number of professionals working in it. Moreover, many simply had a great desire to finally participate in a live industry event again," says Martin Radelfinger, President of the IAB Association Switzerland, "All this makes us very confident for our signature event Dex Conference, which will take place on March 10, 2022."
