BSH, one of the world's largest suppliers of household appliances, held this year's kick-off event for the first time as a hybrid online & face-to-face event. The aim of the event was to communicate the Vision 2023, the associated growth strategy and milestones, to highlight current challenges, to create orientation and to inspire and motivate all employees for the common goal achievement. 20 people were admitted on site in the studio and around 130 employees from the sales, marketing and customer service departments were connected online from home.
FS Parker accompanied the Bosch Siemens Household Group throughout the entire process, from conception and consulting to implementation. Through a successful mix of information and entertainment, accompanying moderation, involving live interaction as well as digital wow moments, the team feeling was strengthened, motivation increased and enthusiasm for the company and the brands rekindled in a difficult time for teams.
Storytelling made the motto of the digital event "think big create big moments" come alive. Virtual storytelling in particular gave the event a common thread and managed to pull the participants along. For the show, the leadership team visually dived into historical milestones of the past, and the CEO presented himself from the future with an impressive light show.
Enrico Hoffmann, outgoing CEO of BSH Switzerland, sees the help of a professional partner as the key to success for a successful digital event. Piotr Zukowski, CFO, appreciated FS Parker's wealth of experience, excellent preparation and precise planning.
