Find new venues for meetings with Accor's new tool.With the "Accor Meeting Hotel Finder" can be searched according to the following criteria:- Location (continent, country, city, airport hotels)- Type of event (number of participants, room layout, number of rooms required, desired incentive measures- Accommodation (number of rooms required)- Hotel category (luxury, premium, midscale, budget)For example, if a customer wants to organize a meeting with 600 participants, ten meeting rooms and 400 bedrooms in China, the "Accor Meeting Hotel Finder" will suggest five different hotels that match his criteria.The tool covers close to 1,000 destinations and more than 10,000 meeting rooms in 90 countries - 65 percent of which are in Europe and 23 percent in Asia Pacific. Accor cities with the most meeting space include: Paris (79 hotels), Sao Paolo (28 hotels), Lyon (27 hotels), London (25 hotels) and Sydney (22 hotels). "We've designed a user-friendly tool that finds the perfect hotel from 2,000 meeting venues in all categories fromLuxury to Budget - whether for a small meeting, an incentive event or a large conference," explains Ludovic Dupont, VP Travel Agencies, Meetings & Events at Accor. "The biggest strength of this tool is that it covers our entire network. We are the only hotel group to offer a tool with such a large reach," adds Dupont. The "Accor Meeting Hotel Finder" is available on the Meeting portal of Accor. The hotel group also offers a wide range of online solutions for organizing customized business events in the 2,000 Accor hotels with meeting rooms. Once the pre-selection has been made, organizers can either book directly online or request quotes for one or more hotels. The portal also offers the possibility to compare up to three hotels according to price, F&B, services and leisure facilities.
