The four Bakom accounts are in German, French, Italian and English. The accounts were blocked without warning or explanation, Bakom writes. According to Bakom, it is doing everything in its power to clarify the matter. However, Twitter has not yet responded to inquiries.

Twitter says that accounts are blocked that violate the company's rules. Usually, in cases of violence or harassment is the case. The Bakom accounts had not been verified by Twitter so far.

"The Office regrets this situation, which is beyond its control, and apologizes to its followers," the media release continues. Bakom points out that its information will continue to be published on its own website or in the form of media releases. (SDA)
