Storyclash ranking: Planet 105 succeeds in April the posting of the month

By far the most successful Facebook post in April gives Planet 105 an enormous leap forward in the Storyclash ranking.

LikeMag, which is based in Zurich and specializes in generating Facebook virality, was able to increase the number of interactions in April by a further 6.4 percent. More about LikeMag shortly on Werbewoche.ch.

Blick.ch was able to defend second place despite a drop in interaction of almost 20 percent. If 20 Minuten had been able to maintain last month's performance, it would have been closer to the top than it has been for a long time.

Planet 105 makes up a record-breaking 34 places with an interaction increase of a staggering 8160.7 percent and lands on the podium for the first time.

Successful private radio stations and an April Fool's joke

The posting of the month succeeds, as mentioned, the Schawinski radio Planet 105. The video, which shows a bumper car with 100 hp, has been viewed over 15 million times via the Facebook page of Planet 105 to date and shared 265,000 times in April. The film was taken from a longer video by Youtuber Colin Furze and labeled with the Planet 105 logo. The original source has been correctly linked.

In second place comes another radio station, Radio Energy Zürich. Musician Ayo Hope sings the hit "Despacito" by Luis Fonsi in Swiss German - and generates a lot of social interaction. It is the only real in-house production in the top 10, which is otherwise dominated by the animal contributions of "Un Like pour les Animeaux" from LikeMag.

RTS succeeds with the Nouvo April Fool's joke "Nouvelle énergie animale" a respect success. The video claims that a test is underway to collect the methane emitted by cows in balloons in order to reuse the gas as a raw material.

Entertainment dominates

The first journalistic contribution follows in 23rd place. It is the interview with the bestselling author Zana Ramadani entitled "Muslim Mothers Raise Their Sons to Be Failures", taken from the Sonntagszeitung and published on Tagesanzeiger.ch.
