DQ Solutions first Apple partner worldwide with premium purchasing concept

On Friday and Saturday, DQ Solutions celebrates the grand opening of the store at Bahnhofplatz 1 in Zurich after a short renovation period with the new worldwide first top status Apple partner new premium shopping experience concept. The spacious store invites you to linger, screens present product innovations, the latest devices want to be tested.

The Apple-certified technicians from DQ Solutions will advise customers with their expertise. Customers can enter the virtual queue via a QR code. Until it's their turn, customers can take a look around the store.

From fire to hotspot for Apple products

The building opposite the main train station, where the store is located, has a story to tell. At the end of August 2018, fire broke out during renovation work on the listed building from the late 19th century. The fire and extinguishing water had largely destroyed the building. The DQ Solutions branch was not affected - it had moved to the second floor at Bahnhofplatz 2 for the duration of the renovation. "We were lucky in our misfortune," Kurt Weber, member of the management of DQ Solutions was quoted as saying in the Tages-Anzeiger quoted. "We were planning to open a nice, new store in the fall of 2019 after the remodel. That should no longer be an issue for the time being."

Since April 1, 2021, DQ Solutions has been back from its temporary home at its original address. And as the world's first Apple partner with a new premium shopping experience concept, it can come up with a surprise.
