Update realized website for German flower festival

The Zurich agency Update has created a colorful website for the German flower festival Flower Power. The special features are the possibilities for personalization.

"Celebrating nature in the city" is the motto under which more than 100 organizers will give free rein to their creativity from February to October and transform Munich into a veritable flowering frenzy for eight months. At the "Flower Power" festival, everything revolves around blossoms, both literally and figuratively. Science, sustainability, plant diversity, garden art, climate change, biodiversity, aesthetics, quality of life - these and many more are topics that will be staged, be it with exhibitions, workshops, performances, walks, theater, concerts, readings, installations and more.

For this purpose, the Zurich agency Update has designed and implemented a new website: In addition to special filters for the event search, the flowerpowermuc.de website offers personalization options so that users can configure the platform according to their interests and preferences. In addition, an editorial team regularly produces curated magazine articles about the festival.

The agency was able to secure the contract for the project as the only Swiss agency in a selection process with several German agencies. The design of the website comes from the Munich agency Schmid/ Widmaier.
