The Zurich-based start-up and advertising service provider Uhoo, founded in the middle of the pandemic by Stephan Frey, has been able to continuously expand its customer base over the past two years, not least against the backdrop of the worsening cookie issue.
The value proposition primarily comprises so-called "user situation targeting," a cookie-free, future-oriented targeting solution that allows companies to bring the advertising message closer to the user situation and thus achieve greater visibility for their brand. The basis for this is publicly available data, which, thanks to the experts and algorithms of data partner Novalytica, ensures that sociodemographic characteristics of any target groups can be determined geographically.
Alex Schoch new in the team
At the same time, Uhoo is investing in the company's growth and has hired Alex Schoch as the new Head of Sales & Business Development. The focus is on the further development of the agency business, which requires increasingly differentiated processing due to its fragmented value chain.
