Single sign-on "OneLog" is live

The single sign-on "OneLog" is live. As of the fourth quarter of 2021, accession talks with new partners of the Swiss digital alliance are to be initiated.

OneLog has been live since Wednesday. All previous users of RingierConnect and the connected login from 20 minutes were successfully transferred to the new login solution, according to a statement from Ringier. "The go live of Onelog is a big milestone for the common goal of the Swiss Digital Alliance, that as many users* as possible log in," said Silvano Oeschger, Managing Director at OneLog since June. (Werbewoche.ch reported).

This step now also opens up the possibility for all interested Swiss media houses and titles to join the Swiss Digital Alliance, the statement continues. The plan is to offer interested media various connection options: From an entry-level solution with the standardized OneLog look-and-feel, to a standard solution that allows certain customizations, to a tailored premium solution that takes title-specific needs into account.

The definitive offer and its price structure are currently being drawn up. The aim is to be able to start membership talks with new partners in the Swiss digital alliance from the fourth quarter of 2021. The migration of Tamedia's login to OneLog is already in preparation.

CH Media and NZZ also intend to participate in the OneLog joint venture and introduce the joint login in the coming months. SRG will offer the OneLog joint login as an additional, voluntary login option on its platforms.

Currently, the titles 20 minutes and Le Matin the TX Group and View, Observer, Balance, Handelszeitung, Energy, Swiss Illustrated, Izzyprojects and Streaming.ch from Ringier and Ringier Axel Springer Switzerland on OneLog.
