Wunderman Thompson ships Audi fleet into the digital world

A new microsite serves as the hub for all fleet communications at Audi Switzerland. Wunderman Thompson developed the platform.

The fleet business accounts for a large proportion of annual sales at Audi Switzerland. Until now, the corresponding offers were communicated to customers via physical mailings. Since August 2020, these have been running digitally and bundled via the Fleet.audi.ch platform, which was developed by Wunderman Thompson.

The new site was launched on the web and also on the intranet sites of customers and partner associations, becoming the main pragmatic communication tool for all customized offers, prices and fleet levels.

"By digitizing this fleet communication, we can offer our B2B customers a contemporary and individualized premium presence," Rafael Wolter, Digital Marketing Manager at Audi. "The intelligent and flexible solution from W+T helps us to maintain the very different conditions and content in a centralized way and with little effort, so that the offers tailored to the companies always remain up-to-date."

The design focus was on structural clarity as well as mobile and tablet usability. Umbraco serves as CMS system, which enabled an uncomplicated out-of-the-box realization.
