Thanks to spot advertising, chatbot Jovìn in St. Moritz now suggests 250,000 tours

The St. Moritz communications agency Spot Werbung has connected the interface of the tour provider Outdooractive with the digital assistant Jovìn. Jovìn is the first chatbot to provide suitable suggestions from a database of over 250,000 tours.

Based on the search query and with the help of a filter system, it determines, for example, bike and hiking routes in the desired region, duration, difficulty level, length and altitude difference.

Guests on the Davos Klosters and Pontresina websites can now receive individual recommendations for tours for various sports in dialog with their chatbot. Jovìn is the first chatbot that can filter out specific information from the complex data of the tour provider Outdooractive, process it communicatively and output it in an artificial dialog with the user. Using a filter system with parameters such as region, duration, difficulty level, length and altitude difference, it determines specific tour suggestions from all known bike and hiking trails that match the guest's preferences. The communication agency Spot Werbung is continuously working on further developing the artificial intelligence and communication between the digital assistant and users.
