Suva on the way to the digital future and more customer proximity

Namics supports Suva in the implementation of its digitization strategy. An important element of this is the website, which is now even more closely aligned with customer needs thanks to the relaunch.

The user-friendliness of the new Website is reflected, among other things, in the clear design, user-friendly navigation and the option of creating a personal profile. The search function, the store and the associated ordering process were also improved. The basis for these customer-centric optimizations was an extensive strategy phase characterized by interviews, surveys and analyses. The modernization of is a milestone on the way to more customer proximity via online channels.

As part of the project, which started in May 2015, Namics took over the conception of the new website. The technological basis is the Sitecore content management system. Since the end of 2016, the new website has been accessible to users and offers - of particular importance in the complex insurance and prevention environment - an informative, understandable and appealing platform.

Daniela Bassi, Head of Communications and Marketing at Suva: "As an accident insurance company, we focus on people and their needs. That's why our customers are also the starting point for our digitalization efforts. We have tailored the new website to the customer journey of the various target groups. With the aim of achieving a close digital bond. Namics actively supported us in this and contributed to the successful relaunch of through interdisciplinary work and a high level of expertise."

Future-proof strategy as a basis

As a full-service digital agency, Namics already supported Suva in the strategic "big-picture" phase. The consulting was based on interviews and surveys with internal and external stakeholders. This showed, for example, who actively engages with the content and acts as a multiplier. To encourage this behavior, the website now offers the option of compiling and forwarding documents in a simple manner. To make it easier for users to find the materials, they are clearly structured on so-called topic pages. These in turn can be filtered and quickly adapted to individual information needs. Impulses for optimizing the editorial and business processes could be derived from the collected customer journeys. In the background, the processes were mapped via newly defined roles and responsibilities as well as various existing and new systems.

The customer in focus - thanks to modern content management

With the relaunch of its website, Suva is consistently continuing its path into the digital future. With Sitecore, Switzerland's largest accident insurer now has a modern content management system that can conveniently cover the wide range of information needs and offers future-proof functionalities in creation and control for the editorial team.

Full service for optimal conception and implementation is breaking new ground with a new information architecture for content, store products and functions. Design, interaction, content and technology go hand in hand with the redesign. Navigation through the website is now easier - and the concerns of the various stakeholders can be dealt with quickly and individually.
