Galledia acquires Swiss calendar publisher Calendaria
Galledia is acquiring 100 percent of the share capital of Calendaria AG from Athesia Druck GmbH, which is domiciled in Bolzano IT, with retroactive effect from January 1, 2023. The Swiss calendar publisher employs around 30 people in Immensee SZ.
Calendaria is the largest, nationwide leading calendar publisher. The specialist publisher from central Switzerland has been developing, producing and distributing calendars, posters, card sets and games since 1917, focusing on the highest quality. The company says it is the market leader and has more than 5,000 photos and illustrations in its own image database. Calendaria operates a self-sufficient production facility at its site in Immensee and delivers its calendars worldwide.
