The second speaker, Tjeerd Krumpelmann from ABN AMRO, told a wonderfully amusing story about his 488-page annual report that no one read. They started to structure the annual report, to send the target groups the most important information in their segment, and to serve certain target groups online in the form of newsletters. Krumpelmann's credo was that "more is better, but please do it in small, target-group-oriented chunks.DSC_0145In the afternoon, Professor Ernst Fehr spoke about High Performance Workplace - Compensation and Culture - the two sides of the same coin and afterwards Professor Peter Schneider gave an ode to the simple life.During an apero riche the guests could refresh themselves, network and enjoy the oh so simple life.
