Benedikt Zumsteg (*1970), Head of Customer Marketing, Federation of Migros Cooperatives, Zurich, managed Cumulus, Switzerland's largest customer loyalty programme, from 2009 until he moved to his current position in October 2009. He has consistently developed the program and adapted it to modern, changed circumstances. Prior to that, he built up Customer Relationship Management (CRM) at the Migros travel company Hotelplan, where he worked as a dialogue marketing and CRM missionary. He has a Master's degree in CRM and an Executive MBA Marketing and is involved in CRM committees.
